Article @plait Whether as a mother, sister, aunt or friend, Lisa_Ann_Sweet brought joy and smiles to those she encountered. Her genuine interest in others’ lives shone through in her quick wit and endearing personality; her laugh was infectious and joyous to experience. After experiencing a life-altering brain injury herself, Lisa Ann Sweet found strength through faith and her church family; with their support, she managed to overcome all the hurdles in her way and learn skiing again through NH adaptive ski program!

Lisa_Ann_Sweet was born in Bellflower, CA to Leslie and Beverly (Kent) Beatty. She attended Joplin High School before transferring to Missouri Southern State University for further studies. Later, with Terry as her husband she relocated with their children first to Florida then New Hampshire where she employed as a Visiting Angels caregiver as well as actively contributing to local churches.

She loved watching a game on TV or playing solitaire in her free time. Spending time with her children was especially meaningful and spending time with grandchildren made her proudest of all. Lilacs were her favorite flower; their sweet fragrance would herald summer as soon as it arrived.

Lisa Ann Bridgens was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, daughter, assistant teacher, tutor, waitress and food service attendant who also enjoyed reading and cooking passionately. Lisa was an active follower of Christ Jesus as an active member of Community Chapel in Hendersonville NC.
