Cobra bites have one sole goal in mind; death and destruction. Google or Social Media reviewers, on the other hand, often aim their venom-filled comments at you if there’s an incident of cold service or bad product; their keyboard is full of poison that’s sure to strangle your business to death. How can you stop them? By offering excellent customer service; monitoring products/people performance closely and never touching or tapping upon the cobra directly – or as Durga would say: you could lose your hand!
