A fascinating article detailing an extremely clever study which, for unknown and peculiar reasons (perhaps Fidel Castro suddenly permitting Cuban emigration or John Rockefeller funding hookworm eradication) managed to produce results where X was distributed in a seemingly random fashion, leading to results where Y followed X. This research conducted exhaustively examined all potential ways these results could have gone wrong but couldn’t. A truly wonderful result indeed.
