Anne Celeste Heche (born May 25 in Pomona, California) is an American actress. She first gained recognition on television during the 1990s and achieved prominence through roles across a range of genres; receiving both Daytime Emmy and Soap Opera Digest awards for her efforts on several soap operas. Heche also garnered wide acclaim with film roles like Donnie Brasco, Volcano and I Know What You Did Last Summer as well as being featured as a series regular on Fox television show Ally McBeal between 1997 to 2002.
